Christmas time has arrived. This is the time we give and received gifts from the one we loves.

But when did the Christmas originate?

When we talk about Christmas, the first thing that comes up from our mind is the Gift Giving. Gift giving started when Santa Clause give gifts to the good kids and it becomes traditional that whenever there is Christmas, there will be Santa Clause. But did you know that Santa Clause is for real? Yes, Santa Clause is portrayed by Saint Nicolas, a Greek christian bishop and mostly known as father of Christmas.

Why did Saint Nicolas gives gift to the good kids?

Maybe, he want’s to continue the traditions of gift giving that the 3 wise men done during the birth of our savior Jesus Christ. If your not familiar with the 3 wise men, let me first introduce them to you. They are Melchior, Caspar and Balthazar. These are the 3 king that predicted the coming of the savior and the king of all kings, Jesus Christ. Upon finding him, they gave him three symbolic gifts: gold, frankincense and myrrh.

So how is Christmas connected with the gift giving?

Since Santa Clause as Saint Nicolas and the 3 wise men gave gifts to good kids, let us not forget that the true meaning of Christmas, it is the birth of our savior Jesus Christ. He is the most precious gift given to us by God the Father. He sent his son to save us from evils and sins. This is best gift we ever received and in order to commemorate it, we celebrate it during 25th of December or during the coldest night of the year.

It's been a while since I last updated this blog. As far as I can remember, my last update is about the tribute of the late president Corazon Aquino. Also, the Naruto Shippuden section is not updated but still, I always keep downloading Anime and Manga version of it. I've been so busy and I almost forgot that I have a blog to update.

Anyway, now I know your going to ask me, what's new?.

So here is a short list of what I've remembered for the past few months.

• Have bought my first DSLR: It's a Canon EOS 500D
• Got a new carreer. already got certified to be a pro photographer... hehehe still dreaming
• Been to Palawan's finest destination twice this year [ Puerto Prinsesa, El Nido and Coron ]
• Have a chance to ride an airplane for the first time... yeah baby.
• Renovated the house but still unfinished due to some budget constraint.
  
• Entered the Agrarian and Livestock business but still haven't got my share of profit.
• Bought a brand new Fila running shoes but still have not use it for running.
• Been addicted to some Facebook games [ Mafia Wars, Vampire Wars, Viking Clans, Farm Ville and etc...]
• A certified Mafia wars addict: already reached the level251 and still counting....
• Added facebook friends that I hardly known.
• 3 new member has just added to our family. My brown lab has just gave birth of 3 cute pups and their dad, Pacman my pitpull didn't know about that. Anyway I don't know what kind of breed are these pups belongs. Maybe Pitvador or Labrabull...
  
• Have a chance to visit our provice during rainy season and it's my first time.
• Have survive on the typhone Ondoy. The flood almost reached our house, all of neiboring streets on our area are submerges on flood.
• Have been working at home for the past 6 months.
• Started again training, exercising and dieting after almost a year of glorious eating...
• And lastly, been able to kick in the butt by my boss for twice this year.... ohh that's a record...

Anyway.... that's enough for an update. I think I'm gonna loose my moral and credibility if you gonna insist me to tell you all what happened to me for the last few months.

BTW... I already got my own private island with beachfront house and yacht... Keep on dreaming guys.... Good day.... :-)

It's been a long time since I last updated this blog. The last post is about paying tribute to the King of POP: Michael Jackson, and this time, I will be saluting for the last time the woman that made big impact to the lives of every Filipino people in her time. She was Corazon Aquino.

Every morning, my daily routine is to open the PC then open the TV to watch morning shows. I've been wondering why this early in the saturday morning, all local channels has been showing news and tribute to the former President Corazon Aquino. All I know is that Cory is been confined in the hospital for a month and the media is tracking for her recovery. Then the anchor repeats the news that the former president has passed away.

The late president is well known on her fight for regaining the democrasy of the nation. But I will not talk about politics. As a civilian citizen born during that last few years of the Marcos regimes and been educated on the years of Aquino, Ramos and Estrada, then practice my voting rights under Arroyo's term, I cannot compare which of them made our nation step-up from its place in the map and made better living of each and every Filipino people living inside and out the country under their terms.


As an ordinary citizen once lived under her administration, and considered her not only the head of the state but also our god-fearing mother that always there to guide and protect us. We thank you for all the honesty and loved you share not only to us but for the next generations. Thank you and Enjoy your journey.

A shocking news has been circulating over the net that the Legendary King of POP, Michael Jackson has been rushed to the hospital and confirmed that he is already dead. As a fan, I first think that this is one of the bad publicity joke that been thrown to the King. We all know that he already announced his come back and by July this year, he will be performing the series of his finale concert on UK. But suddenly, the rumor has been verified true.


As a fan, growing with the kind of sound he produce, dancing with the beat he dance and witnessing his the kind of impact he made, has to say that we surely lost the greatest music icon of his time. We will surely missed his signature moves such as Moonwalk, Anti-Gravity Lean and the Robot Dance. The songs he contributed for the awareness of humanity and the issues that turn his career out into the limelight. We thanks you for all the songs you've contributed as it will inspire all the one who listened on it.

Hello everyone... It's good to be back. I've already missed some series of Naruto Shippuden Anime version and chapters of Naruto Shippuden Manga version. As for now, I will start the month in sharing the Movie of Naruto Shippuden - Bonds.

Plot: A mysterious group of shinobi called the Sora-nin from the Sky Country makes a surprise attack on Konoha because Konoha nearly destroyed the Sky Country during the last Shinobi World War, but they survived and now they're after Konoha and the Fire Country for revenge. Then Naruto meets this medical ninja, who save lifes of an ordinary villager until he meet this girl called Amaru, and they head to her town along with Hinata and Sakura. In order to search the villager, Naruto and Amaru goes into the temple but then they found out that the died sensei of Amaru had been rebirth and he uses the dark chakkra to regain the lost country of Sky. Naruto fought Shinou hand in hand until Sasuke arrived getting the hidden scroll of Rebirth. Both of Naruto and Sasuke had join and fought to stop Shinou goes and combines with the zero-tail, which sucks chakra, and Naruto and Sasuke release nine-tail and devil-form chakra and until the zero-tail cannot absorb too much chakra released. Amaru finds everyone, they all head to the boat. Everyone ecapes, Naruto plays hero and knocks Sasuke w/ the villagers away from the temple. Then Naruto destroys the temple using his clones and rasengan.

It's been a while since I updated my blog. I miss a lot of things and one of that is sharing... What is mackieshare without sharing? Make sense huh!? Yeah... Now that I'm back, I want to pay tribute to the man that made history in the boxing world. He is the Pound for Pound King and the man that is responsible on sending legends in the boxing world out of retirement. He is the Peoples champ, the Destroyer, the Pacman... Manny Pacquiao.

From this time, maybe all of us already know who is Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao. He is the No. 1 enemy of Mexico in terms of boxing and now includes the Britain for defeating their local boxing hero last sunday morning, est time. Before the fight started, many speculations from different entities underestimate the power of the true champion. They went questioning his skills, professionalism, his trainer, and even his personal life but yet he proves to the world that he was capable of destroying dreams.

As of now, Pacquiao belongs to the short list of boxers that is named to be the best of the best. I wish that he would still remain humble and kind as it is and keep away from the dirty world of politics. The fight in politics is much more bloodier than the actual fight in the ring. If that happend, all his hard work might ended up loosing to some dirty politicians.

BTW... 2 years before, after his last fight with the mexican assassin and he won it that matched, I named my pet Pitbull "Pacman" and that dog goes big and strong as Pacman every fight.

Woohoo... This is it, the moment we are waiting... The Manga: Naruto Shippuden 443 entitled "The Meeting" is already released.

So here's what happen in this chapter. Naruto has now defeated the God Realm Pain using only his rasengan, then Naruto found the location of Nagato, the real Pain using Sage Mode. By then, he go alone to the location and for the first time, he will be meeting the real Pain.

Yipeee... Happy friday to all you guyz that are waiting for the latest chapter of Manga: Naruto Shippuden series. Maybe you've guese right, there is a new release of Manga: Naruto Shippuden 442 entitled "The last Gamble".

In this chapter, Sakura has been trying to recover Hinata from being beeten by Pain. Then the team Guy has been arrieved and Neji ask Sakura why Hinata do the saving of Naruto, Sakura in sad mood said that Hinata loved Naruto. Then they already know that Naruto has suppresses the Deamon Fox. Guy called Lee and he said that they gonna backup Naruto but Katsuya had prevented Guy from interfering Naruto on his battle.

Naruto uses rasen shuriken twice. Naruto uses two kage bunshins to hold Tendou's legs. Tendou grabs black rods from two hands and both rasen shurkens missed. Then the Sage mode is over. Before there are about 100 bunshins pretended to be rocks. They all attack to Tendou at the same time but they all get blowed away. Only three bunshins left and make a rasengan.
Tendou: That one cannot be thrown so the distance would not be too far. You cannot answer my question before. You should give up! Naruto responds that what he would give up his body instead. Then two bunshins throw the real Naruto to Tendou. Naruto hits Tendou with a blow of rasengan that Jairaya had taught him.

Good news, the latest chapter of Manga: Naruto Shippuden 441 entitled: "Rasen Shuriken vs. Shinra Tensei" is already available.

In this chapter, Naruto in Sage mode already traced the location of Nagato by stucking the chakra reciever into his body. Then he attached the Pain using Rasen Shuriken but pain intercept it with his Shinra Tensei. Then the Rasen Shuriken disappeared and Pain realized that it was only a shaddow clone and then Naruto attack Pain and knowing that Pain has 5 seconds interval before it can recover.

Hey guyz, after a long wait from last week delay, the Anime version of Naruto Shippuden episode 101- 102 is now available.

Both episode are still a filler but this is getting exciting. The Episode 101 entitle: "Everyone's Feeling" shows that the team of Shizune has just arrived on the scene. Then as Naruto search Yukimaru on the woods, he encountered Gurren. By then, Naruto already figured out that Orochimaru is using Yukimaru to seal the 3-tailed beast. On the next episode, Episode 102: entitled: "Regroup" the 3 teams of Konoha already has regrouped. The team of Shizune is the one who will seal the 3-tailed beast, the team of Kakashi will find and protect Yukimaru and lastly the team of Yamato will be the one to fight the other guys.

Guyz, were all aware on the current crisis that our dear planet: Earth is currently facing. This crisis is called the Global Warming. Global Warming is the increase of temperature into the Earth's surface. This will cause major disaster such as melt down of the glaciers on the Arctic, water level will rise, shrinkage of almost all country's, and up to the point of man's extinction. Yes, all of these issues may possible occur in the most future but do we have to wait for this crisis to reach up to the point that the cause is already unresolvable?

As one of the trillions of people that leaves on this beautiful planet, we all have a responsibility to protect our planet from any distructions and to secure the better future of our grandchildrens. On this comming March 28, 2009 at exactly 8:30PM, let us all turn off all the lights in and outside our premises for just 1 hour only.

This will help to reduce the emmissions of heat comming from the light that we are using. In fact, a single light bulb does not affect the reduction of heat but if all of the country's, cities and peoples will be joining force to syncronously turnoff the lights that they are using, then that will be the time that it will create a major impact to reduce the possibilty in facing this global warming crisis.

Let us all save Earth... It's for our better future...

However, dogs and cats can actually curl up in a ball when they sleep.
It is not necessary to sleep perpendicular to each other, stretched out to the fullest extent possible.
I also know that sticking tails straight out and having tongues hanging out on the other end to maximize space is nothing but sarcasm.

For the last time, there is no secret exit from the bathroom!
If, by some miracle, I beat you there and manage to get the door shut, it is not necessary to claw, whine, meow, bang your head on the door, try to turn the knob or get your paw under the edge in an attempt to open the door.
I must exit through the same door I entered.
Also, I have been using the bathroom for years - canine/feline attendance is not required.

The proper order for kissing is:
Kiss me first, then go smell the other dog or cat's butt.
I cannot stress this enough.

Finally, in fairness, dear pets, I have posted the following message on the front door:

(2) I f you don't want their hair on your clothes, stay off the furniture. That's why they call it 'fur'-niture.
(3) I like my pets a lot better than I like most people.
(4) To you, they are animals. To me, they are adopted sons/daughters who are short, hairy, walk on all fours and don't speak clearly.

Remember, dogs and cats are better than kids because they
(1) eat less
(2) don't ask for money all the time
(3) are easier to train
(4) normally come when called
(5) never ask to drive the car
(6) don't smoke or drink
(7) don't want to wear your clothes
(8) don't have to buy the latest fashions
(9) don't need a gazillion dollars for college and
(10) if they get pregnant, you can sell their children .

It's sad to say but the Anime version of Naruto Shippuden episode 101 is postponed and will be released next week.

But don't be upset, next week they will be releasing double episodes of Naruto Shippuden 101-102

Hello guyz, the Manga version of Naruto Shippuden chapter 440 titled "Conversation with the 4th" is now released.

In this chapter, Naruto meet his father the 4th Hokage inside his concious. Minato told naruto that he is his father. He also reveled the reason why he seal the fox inside Naruto and who is the mastermind behind the attack and akatsuki. By the end of the chapter, Minato sealed the fox back to Naruto's body and now, Naruto is back to Sage Mode. Next chapter will be the final fight between Naruto and Pain.

Lemme share my short review for this event. Last week, me and my GF are still undecided if we should go see the "Final Set" concert of the band ERASERHEADS . Up to the last minute, we are still arguing if we should go or wait for the DVD to be released. Then we've decided to go and watch the heads to perform for the last time. I can say that my gf is an hardcore fan of EHEADS and missing this show will regret her for the rest of her life. This is her last chance to watch the band plays the same music we usually known coz last August, we have failed to watch their Reunion Concert even if we already got our ticket because of many reason.

It's already quarter to six when we arrived at the vicinity. Many people are already arrived ahead of us and waiting for the very moment. We got ourselves a silver ticket. The ticket cost for 1300. When were inside the premises, we feel mixed emotions such as excitement and upset. Excitement in a sense that were few hours away from the phenomenal event that we were awaiting for the long time and upset because were hundreds of meters away from the stage and the only medium for us to see the performers is through the giant screens that they provided. The venue was jumpack, but as I observed, the other row such as the VIP and Gold was not that crowded such as the Silver and Bronze. Well it's reasonable coz the cost of the ticket is not that affordable and reasonable to buy in the time of crisis.

The excitement arises when the alphabet enumerates backward starting from letter Z up to E. Then all you can here was shouting and cheering and the groundbreaking noise eventually get louder when the opening song played and all I'm thinking is that this is it, this is the moment we are waiting. Magasin was the first song that they played then followed by Walang Nagbago, Maling Akala, Maskara, Poor Man's Grave, Waitng for the Bus, then the fun part starts here. As we all know, heads always exploring and mixing-up music so when the next song played, it was Markus the one to sing and do his regge version of Wag mo ng Itanong, then Ramond do the vocals of Slo Mo, Alkohol and Insomnia. Then all crowds are expecting and cheering Buddy to sing the next song but he stayed to be backup and it was Ely who sings the last song Torpedo on the first part.

The second set stunned all the crowd coz the heads played most of their songs in accoustics starting in Julie Tearjerky, Tikman ang Langit, Wishing Wells, Fine Time, Pare Ko and they played Kailan in piano. They played the songs Back2Me, Trip to Jerusalem, Spoliarium in normal phase and ended0-up the second set playing Overdrive. The third set and final set is very emotional and it was all tributed to the late Francis M. It begins in playing the song Super Proxy, and Ely as the closest friend of Francis begins to shout the name of Francis and thousands of people including us suddenly shouting Francis M. Then they followed it by playing the chorus part of Kaleidoscope World. The last 3 songs was very emotional and they played Minsan, Alapaap in new and slow version, and their most awaited song Ang Huling El Bimbo where the letter E fireworks display shows and finishing in burning the legendary sticker happy piano which symbolized that this will be their last gig and its totally over.

Then the concert was over, all the people who watched the concert are happy and maybe a bit of "Bitin" in a sense that they did not play other famous songs such as With a Smile and Para sa Masa. Then when we are about to exit on the premises, Ramond came back and asking if we are not satisfied and all of the sudden they said that they will play songs and people rushes to get back in. Me and my GF had entered the Gold row and now we have a better view of the concert scene. They played 3 more tracks such as Ligaya, Sembreak and finishing with Toyang.

Too bad all concert had endings and were proud to say that we are part of this historical event that only the band ERASERHEADS can fill the MOA Concert venue with more than 100k of viewer. Even thought we didn't heared other popular songs but it ended up With a Smile.

Yep... yep... yep... Let's all celebrate coz it's TGIF and the weekly manga series the Naruto Shippuden that we are always waiting is now available - Manga: Naruto Shippuden 439 - Chibaku Tensei.

The new chapter goes here: Last week, Naruto tranform into 6 tail Kyubi because of the great anger that he felt when he saw Hinata being defeated by protecting him agains Pain. Then Pain is badly injured in the battle agains Naruto that transform into Kyubi and he tries to escape and performs a plan to capture the kyubi. Then Naruto follows Pain but he didn't know that a trap is awaiting for him. Pain now use his forbidden jutsu called Chibaku Tensei. The Chibaku Tensei is the act to create another body of mass and also to capture the Kyubi. But Pain failed to isolate the Naruto because by then, the Kyubi had already in control of Naruto and now released the 8th tailed and ready to released it's 9th and last tail by manually pulling the seal. But it did not happened, the 4th Hokage, Yodaime appeared on the scene and stop Naruto for performing the breakage of the seal. He said that the seal is set if the 8 tailed released then Yodaime will appear on Naruto's conciousness, then he also say that he didn't want to happen again and never want to see the Kyubi again but he's looking forward in seing he's son (Naruto) grown up.

Yes, now Naruto already know that his father is no other than the 4th Hokage and it's his first time to see and encounter him under a critical situation. In the next episode, we are waiting how will he react in his father's appearance.

Guy good new, the Anime version of Naruto Shippuden has just released their 100th episode - Inside the Mist.

Here's a little teaser about the current episode. The 3 tailed-beast has release an enormous amount of chakra by creating a mist. When Naruto entered into the fog, he saw Orochimaru taking Sasuke body and then he tries to attack Orochimaru by using rasengan but instead he nearly hit Kiba without Kakashi stopping the attack. Then they realized that the mist is some sort of barrier and the same time creating an genjutsu for defence. Kakashi send Pakun to the Hokage to report the appearance of 3 tailed beast on the area. Tsunade summond the group of Guy as backup an they pland to seal the 3 tail beast before Akatsuki and Orochimaru capture it.

Four months ago, my uncle gave us a cute 2 weeks old white puppy and we named her Whitey. The pup is so small that even other pup within her age seems to be big if they were compared toe to toe. Then as months goes by, this cute little pup grows bigger and become more adorable. By then, she's been the noisiest dog that we have that barks with her very tiny and high pitch voice and it tends to annoy you and breaks your ear drum every time you'll hear her barking. All our friends, neighbors, visitors, and relatives that visit our house got easily hooked-up in playing her and even kids likes her to bring on their homes. She also catches attentions of other dogs that they like to play with her. It gives everyone joys and happiness in our compound.











But suddenly, the happiness is been broken. She passed away and the only thing she left to us is just a fond memory that she never failed to bring to us.

It's been a week since we arrived here in Manila coming from the Paradise, El Nido, Palawan. The place is so magical; where there may be somethings magical happen in a blink of an eye. From its ageless towering marble cliffs to its white sandy beaches with crystal clear water, many refer to it as paradise. There are many beaches to discover, so many in fact that sometimes you feel as if you are on your own secluded private beach. You can also find enchanting lagoons with tranquil turquoise-green water perfect for snorkeling, diving and kayaking, caves that can take you to hidden beaches, a perfect scenic view of the Limestone Mountains, islands, beaches, and a very diverse variety of wildlife.

At first, we planned for a five days vacation on El Nido, Palawan. We knew that a five days vacation is enough to take a rest and unwind from a very busy and fast faced life here in manila. But our planning takes a little bit of failure, in short it was "BITIN". We had under-estimated the travel time taking from one place to another due to lack of research and planning immediately. On our side, we do great job in budgeting our money and maximizing our expenditure on the island.

We arrived in Puerto Princesa, Palawan at around 5:45Pm, an hour delayed in the scheduled arrival of Cebu Pacific. Then a guide from Hadefe's Cottages, Honey, fetched us on airport along with 2 foreigners from Italy. Then as we passed the national road going to the Inn where we can stay for the night, one by one he introduced where to go if you'll love food tripping and to chill out on the city by night. He also told us that it is safe to walk even in night because the City of Puerto Princesa has a record of "0 - ZERO" crime. Then we arrive at Lola Itang's Inn and Restaurant, where we spend our night. The Inn is affordable and clean, has a good facilities and very accommodating staff.

As early as 4:30AM in the morning, we are excited already and starting to prepare for our journey to El Nido. We know that the ride will be as long as 6-7 hours as the articles on the other sites tells. It was 6:30AM when the van arrived to fetch us from the Inn and by then it will also drop by other tourist from other Inn's. The van started to travel going to El Nido at the time 7:30, a 30 mins delayed from our schedule. We've seated at the front beside the driver, at first were traveling a very long and cemented road of Puerto Princesa up to Roxas then from Roxas to El Nido, the road is already mixed of cemented and rough on. I can still remember the types of music played by the driver, it was a mix of 70's up to 90's, Beegies is the first and Christina Aquilera is the finale.

When we arrived at the El Nido it was already 2:00PM and one of the caretaker of the Cottage's is already there fetching us. The cottages are 10 mins walk from the town. It was a little far from main beach but when you get there, you will surely love the scenery and the ambiance where the cottages locates coz it will give you the perfect view of the sunset and even the Cadlao Helicopter Island. As we arrived on the cottages, the owner shows us the rooms and we take the smallest and cheapest cottages that they had. The cottages are also on the beach front.

Then we never let any opportunity passed by, we ask the bankero which is also the owner of the cottages if they are offering a half day tour for island hopping. And yet, they agreed to take us to the some island to hop, swim, and snorkel and take pictures. That afternoon, our day is completed and we've enjoy our first half day of island hopping experience. The stress that we got from the travel was wiped out by the fascination of the beauty of each beach and islands. At night, we decided to dine out by going to the town and we got ourselves an Garlic Shrimps and Tuna Pasta, as for the shrimp, it was highly recommended coz the shrimp that they cooked is still fresh and you can taste the freshness of the dish and for the pasta, it's like a typical pasta and the only difference is that they use tuna instead of meat. Overall, were satisfied of the food that they offer.

On the next day, we went out again for another boat ride, and this time it a whole day adventure of island hopping. The mission is to complete 6 destinations on 5 different islands. First stop was on Small Lagoon and then Big Lagoon on Miniloc Island, then the secret beach but the bankero did not push through coz the tide is getting low and the boat will be damaged by the coral reef if the tides get low. Then we take lunch to another island where we after the lunch, we take a little nap before going to another island. Then lastly, we stop at the 7 commando's island where the sand is so white and fine.

When we arrived at the cottages, we sit at the sea wall and wait for the sunset. Then take a shower before getting our dinner. Then the dinner arrived courtesy of "Ate" the owner of the cottages and she brought us Sinigang na Tuna and Crab. It was a fantastic dinner indeed.

Early in the morning, we get up early and went hunt for pasalubong coz its our last day in the town. Then afterwards, we take our last dip on the El Nido waters before going to the van terminal. The van took only 5 hours compare to the first trip we had. Then at Puerto Princesa, we dine at Balinsasayaw and taste the Bird Nest Soup, Balinsasayaw rice and Garlic Squid and Beef Ampalaya. The food was great. Then monday morning, we went to the Puerto Princesa public market to buy local delicacies and pasalubong before going to airport.

Yesterday, we all went out to celebrate the 69th Birthday Celebration of my Mom. It was not that usual restaurant celebration that we know, but instead a simple park picnic. We have chosen the La Mesa Watershed Eco Park on Quezon City. Although this park is not free unlike other parks here in QC, the park gives many privileges to the residence such as free admission for the QC Senior Citizen, 20 percent entrance discount for the QC resident and student compare to the regular price, and lastly 20 percent discount for the Kids.

Our group is composed of 6 persons, 2 senior citizen, 2 kids and 2 adult. we only pay 4 person coz the 2 senior citizen is already free. As we walk into the park, I saw the excitement of our group. The 2 Kids begins to bombard me requesting to go to the salt water pool as they saw hundreds of people enjoys swimming on the refreshing salt water of the pool. But by then, it's already noon so we agreed to take a lunch first then after wards, swimming.

As we find a perfect spot to take lunch, we saw families and group who are also preparing for their lunch. Many of them rented tables and chairs, some finds a vacant free picnic tables, some placed a mat on the grass, and as our group, we find a spot under a big tree. After wards, my mom and aunt prepares food, then rest a while before taking our lunch. After we taken our lunch, the 2 kids started again to encourage me to go swimming, by then I don't have enough choice but to do them a favor.

Then as we go to the ticket area, the rules is that you must wear a proper swimming attire to swim on the pool, heck, the kids did not bring any of their swimsuit, but thanks to my aunt, she brings sando for the kids and it turns out that we (Except the kids) will not swim as we watch the kids enjoys the refreshing water of the pool. The kids enjoy the swimming and we also enjoy our afternoon nap. Hehehehe.... After they finish swimming, they change clothes and we begin to pack things and were ready to go home.

We've enjoyed the birthday treat and we wish that you will have a many more birthdays to come. Happy Birthday Mom. We Love You All...

This afternoon, as I was enjoying watching one of the segments in the noon time show Eat Bulaga which is the "Sa Pula, Sa Puti", the host Allan K. stops the program in the middle of the game for a quick commercial break. The stopping of game in EB is not usual which the game usually ended before the second round. And then, the EB resumes it's programming and suddenly all the host of the TV show are on the stage and the main host which is Vic Sotto speaks solemnly and announcing that the Master Rapper Francis Magalona has passed away.

I was surprise on the news, although we all know that Francis M. is suffering from a major illness and his chances in surviving is very minimal, the man was able to hide his weakness by telling the nation how he survive all the obstacles he encounters.

As a fan, I’ve idolized this man as a great and talented artist, not only on the type of music he created but every music he made shows his patriotism and awareness on our nation and society. He's been a foundation on the nations rap industry, an Idol and Icon for those who like and dislike his music and an inspiration for those who dreamed to be on his shoes. He also designed a shirt to show and to unite all the Filipino by proudly wearing the Philippine symbol. He is a host, an actor, a model, a writer, a photographer, a film maker and a father.

Though I don't personally know him, this is a man with a big dream, a big heart, and a big hope. A great loss to the country's music industry, very talented artist.

Right after the release of the latest Anime series of Naruto Shippuden, then the lastest Manga chapter of Naruto Shippuded is now available. Manga: Naruto Shippuden 438 - Breaking the Seal.

As of last week, Hinata tries to protect Naruto by fighting Pain toe to toe but suddenly, Pain wins the game. Then as of frustation, Naruto's anger trigger the Kyubi to be release then forming an vast amount of chakra and releasing the it's six tail. By then, the seal of the Kyubi inside Naruto is now broken, and now Naruto on it's Six Tailed Kyubi mode is fighting Pain. While fighting God Realm Pain, Pain tries to stop Naruto by using his technique Shinra Tensei and Bansho Tenin but Naruto uses the power of these technique to repel to Pain. Pain is beeten up and so he decided to run away and make another strategy.

It's Friday again and the latest episode of the anime series which is Naruto Shippuden that we are following is now available. Anime Naruto Shippuden 99 - The Rampaging Tailed Beast.

The story here is that the Hidden Leaf team follows the escaping Orochimaru team by trailing the flying bat, and then as expected, the 3-tailed beast appears and it seams that Yukimaru can control the tailed beast. Then Guren tried to contain the beast using the cystal jutsu but in the end, the overpowering beast escape from the cystal barrier.

I'm a bit delayed, I just watch the newest episode of the Anime: Naruto Shippuden 98 - The Target Appears and the story is still a filler episode.

If you still have'nt watched the latest episode, please do time to see it. The team Yamato already penitrated the crystal barrier of Guren due to the newest aquired jutsu of Naruto. Both team of Yamato and Kakashi join force in saving the hostage (Hinata) from the hands of Guren. They also figure out why the Hinata and the Bugs of Shino survive the Crystalized Jutsu of Guren. Then the last part, the 3 Tailed beast appears due to the massive chakra the been released by Yuukimaru.

On the day of his first year death anniversary, the man who portray the role as Joker in The Dark Knight movie have bagged the Academy Awards for Best Supporting Actor. As my opinion, the man deserves the award compare to any body else. He made an interpretation on the character of Joker so vicious and anarchic in contrary of the character that been portray by Jack Nicholson.

This Joker has made an impression to the viewers that not all clowns are funny. This will be the worse clown that you'll ever meet. The Dark Knight movie is superb with great castings, director and storyline. A must see movie.

This afternoon, as I was working for my 2nd furniture restoration, a messenger arrived in front of our gate and calling out-loud my name. I was not expecting any deliveries at that time and then he ask me if I were the name that he's looking. I said: "yeh, why?", then he said that I have a free Red Mobile Sim Pack.

Yesterday, I was scanning on TV for a show to watch and believe it or not, almost all local TV programs talks about the latest and hottest showbiz chismis. Well it's sad to say but sometimes I get hook-up and watched those whose who! Anyway... as I switch channels in finding some good, educational and action pack programs, I ended up watching the Semi-Finals of UAAP Women's Volley Ball between FEU and UST.

As the scorecards says that the FEU Lady Tamarraw’s has a twice to beat advantage over the UST Lady Tigers. The FEU won that match and so they had advance to the Finals against a strong team such as La Salle. Now someone might ask me when did I start watching women’s volleyball? It started way back in late 90's to early 2000's when the World Women’s Volleyball Grand Prix was held in Manila and it introduced the best volleyball players from around the world. The Filipino’s easily adapts the ball game like the basketballs due to most of the players are an Eye Candy. One of the players, maybe the most popular one is Leila Barros of Team Brazil. She easily catch the attention of all Filipino’s with her angelic face yet very aggressive spiker that ever played the Philippine court. She’s also the team captain that led the team to grab the first place in manila leg and push the team to qualify for the 2001 Olympics.

We have an antique wooden sofa which is more than twice of my age. This sofa served the family for more than four decades and it's my turn to payback it's services. It's been years pass since I personally do projects like this. I usually hire a person that will do the job for me, since I am free and boredom is killing me, why don't make a project that will benefit my luxurious living in my humble abode. He he he...

Anyway, the first thing that I do is to determine which project will be the easiest and less expensive, since I don't have enough budget to spare for this project to be materialized. Then out of all furniture's that we have inside our house, I choose one and the criteria is that whatever happens in the middle of the restoration process, this will be pushed through to complete. Then suddenly all my attentions focus to the antique wooden sofa of ours.

I asked my Tita for a hand to help me bring down the sofa to the garage pathway. There, I can easily work without worrying other obstacles such as work area, cleaning of dirt and residue, and lastly the amount of time consume in drying from the stain and varnished applied. The sofa is now placed on the ground and ready to be worked on. I started to scrape all the stain and varnished that been applied to the chair. This will later help me to evenly distribute the color of the stain and varnish that will be applied.

I use a knife as a scraping tool. Note: Carefully scrape and peel only the varnish / stain and avoid making damage on the wood. After the peeling, sand the whole chair by 400 grit sand paper to eliminate the excess residue and to smoothen its body.

Here is the sample pic of the sofa after the peeling and sanding.


Then wash the wooden sofa with water. Make sure that you'll scrub it so that all the residue will be wash away. Then wipe it with dry rug and let it dry afterwards...


Now, touch the wood. If you felt it is already dry, wipe again with a rug to remove the dust and apply a wood stain to be it's first coating. Remember to mix first the stain before applying to the wood. This can bring better colorization of the wood. I used an oil based wood stain color Mahogany.


If your not satisfied with the color or you see the color is too light or pale, you can either re-coat it again with wood stain until you achieved the color that you want for your sofa. In my case, I have coat it for 3 times.


Then after the stain is dry enough, select a varnish to be applied. A varnish can help the wood achieve the glossiness of the color desired and as a protective shield against termite and other elemental factor that will cause the fast deterioration of the wood. You can either apply a varnish that has no added color (on others they call it Natural), or the one with added wood coloring. In my case, I'd like to balance the dark coloration of the wood stain and the light coloration of the varnish so the color that I chose is Maple. You can also use Mahogany, it does not matter even if the two color does not match coz until you're satisfied with the outcome, it should be fine.


I apply the varnish 3 times until I'm satisfied with the glossiness of the wood.

Here's a little bit of teaser for this episode: The team Kakashi is now fighting Guren inside the Crystal Barrier. Do you still remember the story behind the death of Superman???

Most of us treat Superman as one of our childhood hero, idolized his heroic actions and saving the world from cavities.... he he he that's not included in his job, but many of us were shocked' upon hearing the rumors about the Man of Steel is beaten and died in hands of a Monster named Doomsday.

I can still remember when I was in grade school, I've collected a vast number of Comic books (Marvel & DC Comics) and one of them is the Death of Superman comic book issue. This issue comes with many freebies like poster, arm band, stickers, cards and a comic book of Superman #500 issue. As I grow old, the fascination in the character that superman portray become larger. Until it came to the time that I collect almost everything that will represent the superhero. As I said earlier, my first collection is the superman comic books, then the cards, then my mom bought me a superman T-Shirts, then my friend that is now my gf gave me a superman pin, afterward I start buying action figures of superman.

My addiction for superman never stop, I almost complete the action figures that been release in the year 2007-2008. My most treasured superman action figure is the one that been given to me by my gf as a all-in-one gift: Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Aniversary and Birthday. The figure came from the line of DCD Justice Series 1 - Superman Regular. Maybe for others this figure is not worth collecting, but for me, this was the best figure that ever release because it was given to me by my girl.

Another one is the Superman: Doomsday animated movies that been released in 2007. The story show the mastermind behind the death of superman up to the rebirth. The story of the movie adapts the the 1990 release of Death of Superman by DC Comics. Maybe most of us now are aware on the effect that global economic crisis brought to us . Yes, thanks to that situation, most of us are now jobless coz most of the big and small players are now recessing, retrenching, and closing their business due to financial instability.

Let me share my part on this situation.

I'm one of the millions of people that been affected by this situation, it’s been a month since I've lost my job. I can still remember waking up every morning and going to the office very early then getting back home late at night. If you’re lucky, your boss forces you to be on work at weekends, holidays, and even to stay overnight. Surely this will breaks your work / life balance. I can still remember when I spend celebrating my Christmas and New Year eve at work and watching fireworks display on the big window glass. I can still feel the cold breeze of wind touches my face when going to work early in the morning and embraces my body when going back to home late in the evening. I can still remember rushing to work and my patience is slowly diminished due to the heavy traffic that we encounter daily.

There was a time that I already like to quit my job. That was the time when I get upset to the management. All I know that I'm working exceptional and I deserved some promotion. Then my work became route nary and I'm not gaining knowledge any more. I think that I had already wasted times and opportunity to grow and became successful on my carrier. But before I make my decision, the global crisis arises and so the story goes from here...

After a month without a work, I now miss the old times. But though, I'm not blaming anyone or nor the economic crisis. I'm considering this as blessings, maybe the lord want and plan a better carrier for me, maybe this is the time to shift and re-arranged my self. And maybe, this is the best time to look a better picture of the things that surrounds me.

At this moment, I was slowly getting used to it. I'm now re-thinking on neither venturing into business nor venturing my carrier into the other fields. As I search the job posting on the internet, I still look on the posting related to my past experience and still I'm not closing my door to any opportunity that will be coming from it.

But before the whole story be reviled, I want to share to you the job posting that I found and it will surely many of us will be considering it as a dream job. So here is it, the list of jobs that surely anyone will be happy to know that it exist.

• The first one and on top of my list is Condom Tester. Yes you've read it right.

One day, I rely this to one of my friend and I told that this multinational company is searching for some individual that is willing to explore new carrier and be part of the success and legacy that this company will established to the community. My friend said: "Is this for real?" and still didn't believed the ads. And I simply said: "Yes!", then he said: "I'm very interested on this offer but I'm already 37 and will not qualify on the basic requirements of the needs". The lesson here is that grab all the opportunity that will be knocking on your door, so when another opportunity arrives and your not anymore capable of doing it, you will not be regretting for the rest of your life. Does it make sense? hehehe!!!

• The third and last is a Caretaker of an Island: Great Reef Barrier.

For those who are adventurous, totally responsible and most of all nature lover, this is your time to be one with the nature. Here is the job description:

The role of Island Caretaker is a six-month contract, based on luxurious Hamilton Island in the Great Barrier Reef. It’s a live-in position with flexible working hours and key responsibilities include exploring the islands of the Great Barrier Reef to discover what the area has to offer.
You’ll be required to report back on your adventures to Tourism Queensland headquarters in Brisbane (and the rest of the world) via weekly blogs, photo diary, video updates and ongoing media interviews. On offer is a unique opportunity to help promote the wondrous Islands of the Great Barrier Reef.
Other duties may include (but are not limited to)

• Feed the fish - There are over 1,500 species of fish living in the Great Barrier Reef. Don’t worry – you won’t need to feed them all.
  

• Clean the pool - The pool has an automatic filter, but if you happen to see a stray leaf floating on the surface it’s a great excuse to dive in and enjoy a few laps.
  

• Collect the mail – During your explorations, why not join the aerial postal service for a day? It’s a great opportunity to get a bird’s eye view of the reef and islands.
  

Education/Experience Requirements:
A broad range of experience will be considered, but the successful applicant should
posses:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Good written and verbal English skills
- An adventurous attitude
- Willingness to try new things
- A passion for the outdoors
- Good swimming skills and enthusiasm for snorkeling and/or diving
- Ability to engage with others
- At least one year’s relevant experience

So as of now, this is my top 3 jobs that I'm considering for my carrier. Maybe its not that job that you are looking or appeals most to you but for other people, it is the best job in the world.

Yep... Yep... Yep!!!
It's another happy Friday again and we all know that Thursday or Friday is the release day of the newest episode of the Anime version of Naruto Shippuden series.

You've guess right... Anime version of the most popular Japanese cartoon: Naruto Shippuden has just release their newest episode of the shippuden series: Episode 96 - Unseen Enemy.

Just like the previous weeks, this episode is still a filler in compared to the storyline of the one in the Manga version. But who cares, as long as the plot jives to the original storyline, the episode will be the one that will tell the untold story behind the progress of Naruto as a ninja.
